Cade STRONG 5K Run-and-Roll Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026 Rockmart, GA * Nathan Dean Park 6:30PM 5K (Night Race, baby!!!) 6:45PM 1 Mile 7:00PM Tot Trot (for kiddos 6 & under) Starting at Nathan Dean Park in Rockmart, this scenic 5K goes down the scenic Silver Comet Trail with slight inclines along the river, and ends back at the park where there will be inflatables, food trucks, games and music provided by J103 . While our runners are competing, we will also have a 1 mile Fun Run/ Wheelchair Roll for anyone else wanting to get in on the fun, but not the distance. We look forward to a good time while raising money for Spinal Cord Injury Survivors , helping them to LIVE, not just survive and turn their I CAN’Ts into I CANS! Shirts will be provided for those who pre-register up until September 1st. After September 1st, shirts cannot be guaranteed.
